This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, duplicate payments, and refund requests are handled for ExamsNim.

This Refund Policy applies to ExamsNim plans, subscriptions, paid access, coupons, and student services operated by Kavagie Smarttech PVT. LTD.. For refund help, contact support@examsnim.com.
1. Free plan
The Free plan does not require payment. Registration information may still be required before student access is activated. Since no fee is charged for the Free plan, no refund applies.
2. Paid plans and digital access
Paid ExamsNim plans provide digital access to study features such as mock tests, PYQs, NimAI support, result review, notes, downloads, and other plan-specific benefits. Once digital access is activated and substantially used, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved under this policy.
3. Refunds we may approve
- Duplicate payment for the same user and same plan period.
- Payment debited but plan access not activated after verification.
- Wrong plan charged because of a confirmed technical error from our side.
- Other cases approved by ExamsNim support after review.
4. Refunds usually not approved
- Change of mind after using tests, downloads, NimAI credits, result review, or other paid features.
- Failure to read plan details, duration, limits, coupon conditions, or exam requirements before purchase.
- Misuse, account sharing, cheating, policy violation, or suspended access caused by user conduct.
- Requests after the plan period is over, unless required by applicable law.
- Products or services purchased through a school, coaching institute, or organisation where a separate agreement applies.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using ExamsNim or choose not to renew. If recurring billing is enabled in the future, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund the current active period unless this policy or applicable law requires it.
6. Refund request process
Email support@examsnim.com with your registered name, email/mobile number, order id, payment date, plan name, issue description, and screenshots if available. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method through the payment partner. Bank or gateway timelines may take 5 to 10 working days after approval.
7. Failed or pending payments
If money is debited but payment status remains failed or pending, please wait for gateway reconciliation and contact support with payment proof. If the gateway confirms failure, reversal timelines depend on the issuing bank or payment provider.
8. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to users under applicable Indian consumer protection or payment laws.
