This Privacy Policy explains how Kavagie Smarttech PVT. LTD., the operator of ExamsNim, collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you access our website, student portal, mock tests, result tools, subscriptions, support channels, and NimAI features.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, login details, city, state, profile information, and support identifiers.
• Academic details: board, class, school, subjects, competitive exam preference, target exam, preparation category, and selected subjects.
• Learning activity: attempts, answers, scores, accuracy, rank, weak areas, saved questions, revision notes, downloads, PYQ usage, and practice history.
• NimAI activity: doubts, prompts, feedback, answer ratings, learning threads, and AI-assisted study interactions.
• Payment details: plan, order id, payment status, invoice details, coupon usage, and payment gateway response. We do not store full card, UPI PIN, CVV, or net-banking passwords.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, logs, cookies, performance data, security signals, and error reports.
• Support data: messages, attachments, call or WhatsApp references, and issue-resolution history.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver exams and learning features, process subscriptions, generate results, personalise preparation, improve NimAI, provide support, detect abuse, maintain platform reliability, comply with law, and communicate important service updates.

3. Sharing of information

We may share limited information with payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics and monitoring tools, messaging providers, authorised schools or institutes linked to a student account, legal authorities when required, and service providers who help us operate ExamsNim. We do not sell student personal data.

ExamsNim may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, cart continuity, analytics, performance monitoring, and user experience improvements. You may control some cookie settings through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

5. Student and minor data

Many ExamsNim users may be school students. Where required, students should use the service with parent, guardian, school, or institute consent. Parents, guardians, and authorised institutions may contact us at support@examsnim.com for correction, access, or deletion requests, subject to verification and legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We use access controls, authentication, limited administrative access, encrypted secrets, monitoring, and operational safeguards to protect information. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should also protect passwords and avoid sharing OTPs or login credentials.
